Jaroslav was a local patient of ours. He needed a full set of teeth in his lower and in his upper jaw as well. After contacting several clinics to get a quote, he decided to come for a consultation to us, and hear our recommendation out. He researched about the All on 4 procedure, and was quite sure that he will need that. However due to the loss of bone, we suggested to do some bone graft in the back areas of the upper jaw and to put 6 implants in for stability and 5 implants in the lower jaw.
As it was kinda big work, we decided to split the surgery, first we´ve done the upper jaw and the next day the lower jaw. As the bone graft was very big in the upper jaw the healing period was extended to 5 months. During this time he took good care of the temporary bridge and avoided hard food. For the impressions we needed just a day visit, and after a few weeks his final bridgework was ready for fitting.
Jaroslav left the clinic smiling and thankful. He will be returning for annual check up and dental hygiene session to us.
