Satisfied Patient

It’s always good to hear when our patients are satisfied. We received this email last week. Sue had a treatment with us in 2013 and got 25 crowns.

“This is not an inquiry as I have already had treatment with you…. It is a couple of years ago now but a visit to the dentist this week and a marketing email from you prompted me to get in touch again. I had over 20 crowns when I visited and when I got back and went to my dentist, he was so impressed with the work done and said it was excellent, he didn’t think it could have been better. That dentist has now left my surgery and when I went this week for a check up and clean, my new dentist was again extremely impressed with the quality of work.

I thought i would drop a line to say than you to Marek for doing such a great job, and for the team for making me feel welcome and relaxed during what was a scary time for me. My new teeth are so natural, no-one that I meet ever guesses that I have had them done, I am so glad that I listened to Marek and took his advice on the shade of white, they really are perfect and I have had no problems at all.
