Geri first contacted us last year for advice. A friend of her recommended us, so she was familiar with our work. First she wasn´t exactly sure, what kind of treatment she will need, she was just very unhappy with her smile. She sent us some photos of her teeth and smile, and we tried to advice her as precisely as we could. On her first visit, after the initial consultation we decided that the best option for her is the full reconstruction in both jaws. Dr. Marek prepared the treatment plan for Geri based on the digital Xray and 3D CT scan. It involved 6 dental implants with a 14 point special implant crown unit in each jaw. She decided to start with the treatment immediately. The surgery of the two jaws was separated into two days, and the first visit was 2 day long.
As it was a bigger surgery, with more implants, the healing period was a little bit longer as usually. For her second visit she stayed just for overnight. We did the impressions, and Geri choose the color of her new teeth. The fitting of the final crowns was just a few weeks after the impressions were taken. Her nephew accompanied her to these visits, and they had a little holiday in between the treatments. She left with a satisfied smile on her face, and was grateful to her friend for the recommendation.
